Once your home is on the market, I'll shift gears, and work with
you to find your new home.
First, we'll identify your target neighborhood, space requirements,
price points, and floor plans. I'll search the RMLS for your ideal
home, and send you possible candidates via email.
When you have found something thay you're interested in, I'll
make appointments for a private viewing. I'll keep looking until
we find your 'perfect house'. Then, together, we'll make an offer
on your new home.
