Our first step is an initial meeting, where we will identify your target neighborhood, space requirements, price points, and floor plans. We'll also discuss the importance of getting pre-approved by your mortgage broker.

Once you're pre-approved, together we'll search the MLS for your ideal home. When you have found something that you're interested in, I'll make appointments for a private viewing. Usually, you'll want to view at least five or six homes, comparing a homes features and price to other comparables. We'll keep looking until we find your 'perfect house'. Then, together, we'll sit down and write up an offer on your new home.

I'll submit your offer to the listing agent, and wait for the good news. Once your offer has been accepted, my Team of Professionals (Mortgage Broker and Escrow Officer) will work together, to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, with minimal stress. Meet my team.
